Product Description
BEYMAKSAN Servo-Controlled Core Sand Preparation System is designed to supply up to 5 core machines. Sand is transferred from the main silo to the weighing hopper on the upper platform and, after weighing, is discharged into the travelling sand mixer. Predetermined amounts of resin are added through the dual resin dosing system, and the homogeneously mixed core sand is then fed into the sand hoppers of the machines.
The speed and position of the travelling mixer, driven by a servo motor, can be adjusted. Digital weight-adjustable resin dosing and PLC control allow production parameters to be configured. With a batch capacity of 60 kg and an approximate preparation time of 1.5 minutes, the system supports feeding up to 5 machines from a single system.
