BEYMAKSAN CB-45 Hydraulic Cold Box Core Machine is a fully automatic production machine designed for sand core manufacturing in the foundry industry. With a sand shooting capacity of 30 liters / 45 kg, it provides a solution for large-size core production and serial production applications.
The proportional speed control system allows movement speeds to be adjusted gradually. Adjustable time parameters enable machine functions to be configured according to production requirements. Double start, double sand shooting and daily production counter functions support the control and monitoring of the production process.
