BEYMAKSAN Core Sand Preparation Systems are developed for controlled, homogeneous and repeatable preparation of sand required in Cold Box core production processes. The systems can be configured according to production requirements with main sand silos, weighing hoppers, sand mixers, resin dosing equipment, PLC control systems and feeding units.
Depending on production capacity, BEYMAKSAN offers solutions ranging from compact systems designed to feed a single core machine to servo-controlled systems capable of automatically distributing prepared sand to multiple core machines. Sand quantities and resin ratios can be precisely adjusted through recipes. Digital dosing systems ensure that resin components are added in the required proportions and that the prepared mixture is transferred homogeneously to the core machines.
Production parameters, system status, recipe values and alarm information can be monitored through the PLC and operator panel. In servo-controlled systems, mixer speed and position can be adjusted to provide controlled feeding to multiple machines. Single-machine systems use a stationary mixer configuration to provide a compact and efficient sand preparation solution.
BEYMAKSAN Core Sand Preparation Systems can be engineered according to project requirements to improve production standardization, reduce operator intervention, control resin consumption and maintain consistent core quality.
