Product Description
BEYMAKSAN Single-Machine Core Sand Preparation System is designed to automatically meet the sand requirement of one Cold Box core machine. Sand is transferred from the main silo to the weighing hopper, weighed in the specified quantity and then transferred to the stationary mixer. Two separate resin components are added through the digital dosing system, and the mixed core sand is fed to the machine.
In the system with a 60 kg batch capacity, sand and resin ratios can be adjusted separately through recipes. Production parameters, operating status and alarms can be monitored via PLC control and the touch-screen operator panel. Manual functions are available for maintenance and adjustment operations.
