Product Description
BEYMAKSAN HB-15 Shell Core Machine is a fully automatic machine designed for the production of heat-cured sand cores in the foundry industry. With 550 × 550 mm mold mounting dimensions and a 400 mm vise opening range, it allows different core molds to be used in production.
The heating system, consisting of eight burners and connection manifolds, provides heating of the mold. Alternative outputs are available for the use of electric resistance heaters. Digital mold temperature control in the range of 0–400 °C supports temperature adjustment during production. The 120 kg sand loading silo provides storage for the sand required for production.
